Printed drawstring skirt/shorts

Flowy skirt has an elastic waistband with a self tie drawstring.  Skirt has built in shorts underneath for a comfortable, flattering, and care free fit.  Shorts underneath have the same print as the skirt.  Pair with a basic tank or with the matching crop top.  

Fit is true to size.  A small is about a size 2-4, a medium is about a 6-8, and a large is about a 10-12.  Model is wearing a size Small. Model's height 5’9”, bust 32”, waist 25”, hips 36”.
