All orders are shipped from our Cincinnati, OH location. 

• Orders received by 2pm Eastern Monday through Friday will ship the same day. 
• Orders received after 2pm Eastern Monday through Friday will ship the next day.
• Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Unless you select another carrier, we ship using the most cost effective method based on weight, which is typically USPS first class (for orders less than one pound) or USPS priority mail (for orders that weigh 1 pound or more).  Free shipping is an option for orders of $50 or more, and that is shipped via United State Postal (USPS) too.  Shipping costs are calculated and collected at checkout based on the weight of the order and shipment type selected.

We're not happy unless you are.  We accept returns and exchanges on all items under the following conditions:

• The item(s) you are returning must be mailed back to us within 14 days of your receipt.  Send to the following address: Trend Boutique 3218 Madison Rd Cincinnati, OH 45209
• Items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.
• You can make a return or exchange at our Oakley location within 14 days of your receipt of item.  Please bring a copy of your invoice or packing slip.  Refunds will be processed within 1 business day of the return.
• If you find any problem with your order, you have 10 days to contact us to resolve the issue.  No refunds will be given after 10 days.
• No exceptions to this policy.  Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned items.
