Smocked puff sleeve dress

Short sleeve dress has smocking above the waist and a one hole button closure at the back neckline.  The fabric sleeves have a fun retro, floral pattern with elastic at the ends that allow you to have a slight puff sleeve or you can pull them to the elbow for a more traditional look.  Dress has pockets at the hips and can be dressed up with a bootie or dressed down with a fashionable sneaker.
