Solid puff sleeve dress

Solid v-neck dress has a puff short sleeve with ruching.  Dress is tiered through the body, has pockets at the sides, and is lined through the skirt.  Dress it up with a heeled shoe or pair with a fashionable sneaker for a more casual look.
