This soft, striped button up top is a great staple item.  The blouse has a Spring/Summer weight, functioning buttons up the front, a fold over collar at the neckline, and a tab at the elbow allowing you to button back the sleeve for a shorter length.  There's a side slit at the hemline, and the back is about 1 inch longer than the front.  It's a great top to pair with light jeans or wear open over a basic tank or dress.
