Long sleeve, floral print dress has tiering through the skirt, pockets at the hips, smocking detail at front, and a self tie at the neckline.  There is elastic at the wrists which allow you to pull the sleeves up to varying lengths.  The dress is fully lined through the body.  Pair with a wedged sandal in Summer or wear with booties through Fall.
