Sleeveless, one shoulder dress has a faux knot detail at the shoulder strap. Dress has smocking at waist, tiering at the skirt, and is lined through the skirt.  Dress can be bloused over at the waistline, if preferred, or pulled down and left a little longer.  Pair with a heeled shoe for a date night look.
