Sleeveless, tiered dress has a retro floral print throughout and a square neckline.  The self tie straps at the shoulders and elastic at the back help to give it an adjustable fit. Dress is fully lined.  Pair with a heeled shoe or white bootie for an evening event or wear with a flat sneaker or sandal to a more casual event during the day.
