Soft, comfortable striped dress has a self tie at the chest, a small flutter sleeve, and is fully lined.  Dress has a zipper at the back and good stretch through the chest for a comfortable fit.  The tie at the chest can be tied as tight as you'd like to minimize the opening the chest.  

Fit is true to size.  If deciding between sizes, we recommend sizing down to the smaller size.  Model is wearing a size Small. Model's height 5' 9", bust 33", waist 24", hips 35".
