Solid short sleeve dress has a collar at the neckline, a permanent cuffed sleeve, tiering through the body, and functioning buttons up the front. The dress is a lighter weight corduroy material that has great movement and stretch.  It's an easy to wear dress that is great to pair with booties.  In the colder months, it can be layered with a basic long sleeve tee underneath or with a long sleeve cardigan over it.
