Watercolor print dress has a short ruffled sleeve, a tie at the v-neckline, elastic at the waist, and a tiered ruffled skirt.  Dress is fully lined.  It's an easy to wear dress that can be dressed down with a flat sandal or fashionable sneaker or dressed up with a heeled shoe or sandal.  

Fit runs slightly small.  We recommend sizing up, especially if you want more length or have a longer torso.  Model is wearing a size Small. Model's height 5' 9", bust 33", waist 26", hips 34".
